The company was duly organized and incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia on 12th March 2002 as approved by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) No. 110/I/PMA/2002 dated 20 February 2002. PT. "K" Line Air Service Indonesia is wholly owned subsidiary of "K" Line Air Service Limited of Japan which was established under the holding company of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd (K Line Steamship Company). The establishment of PT. "K" Line Air Service Indonesia in line with our corporate development plan was very timely as this further extended the group network in Asia, thus enhancing the concept of serving our clients from point to point. Today “K” Line Air Service Group including has fully evolved into a full scale freight forwarding and logistic service provider serving the needs of our worldwide multi national and domestic customers |
